Wendy gives a presentation on breast cancer and Cartman just can't help but laugh. Cartman will not drop it and just keeps taking the piss out of Wendy. Wendy gets so pissed that she threatens to kick Cartmans ass. Cartman starts to take this threat seriously and begins to the threat seriously and apologizes, secretly. Cartman even goes to the length of swallowing his own underwear. In the funniest scene Cartman craps on Mr Garrison's desk to get detention to avoid the fight. The two of them end up fighting in the end and Wendy kicks some ass!
